About Us - Member Policies and Guidelines
1.Membership fees are $40.00 a year with an approved application.
2.There is only one category per member.
3.Visitors can visit two times at no charge before joining group and visitors are required to purchase a breakfast to attend meeting.
4.There is a “No Absence Policy”; however, a member cannot miss four consecutive meetings without proper communication to at least one Board Member. If there is no communication from the member, the member will agree to give up the category space and forfeit their membership.
5.The membership agrees to be part of the “Speaker Presentation” program and present to the group in an organized and professional manner covering their business and any relevant information about their business. Speaker schedule is prepared in advance and two Speakers are scheduled per week.
6.The membership agrees to attend at least two “After Hours Mixers” a year. There will be four Mixers a year; once a quarter. Location to be determined by the Board Members.
7.Each member will come prepared to all meetings with business cards, company information and any other important marketing information to share with the group.
8.Format for Meeting:
·Reading of the Mission Statement
·Notes from the Board
·Visitor Introductions
·30 second business commercial of you and your business
·Passing of the Leads to each member (Qualified Business Lead)
·Passing of Business Card Binder
·Speaker Presentation
·Conclusion – 15 second business commercial of you and your business
-Reminder of next meeting speakers
-Thank visitors for attending meeting and encourage them to join
-Promote one-on-one meetings outside of the group
-Invite everyone to attend the up-coming meeting
-Thank each person that referred you a business lead(s)
-Support our networking group – Support each other
